Cute and friendly staff create a pleasant atmosphere.

My experience was marred by an inconsistent shower system that fluctuated between hot and cold. The bed linens were also stained, raising serious hygiene concerns. Lastly, the breakfast buffet appeared neglected, missing fresh options and variety. This was disappointing for a hotel at this level.

Staff were pleasant, atmosphere was family, it had magnificent location close to the restaurant at 8.15 for dinner as well as the outskirts of the town, next to an Amazon distribution centre. The room was extremely spacious and huge with a fixed internal window, good bathrooms, excellent beds and safety measures included safe. I had exceptional food for breakfast for a pretty standard offering.

The comfortable bed and clean, well-equipped room made for a pleasant environment. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of choices in a lovely dining area.

The staff were super friendly and helped us with a room upgrade, awesome. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids after our long drive. We also enjoyed ordering some packed lunches for our outings. Just a heads up, the pool area could definitely use some better cleaning. It felt a bit off.

Conveniently located near a motorway, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was clean and prepared as requested. There were issues with noise from other guests and the shower fluctuated in temperature. The dining experience was pleasant with a good selection at breakfast, but the overall restaurant service was merely average. It's worth noting the restaurant's outdoor terrace offered a nice ambiance for meals.

I enjoyed relaxing by the indoor pool after a long day of exploring. The fitness center was a nice surprise, equipped with various machines. The staff were friendly and helped with any queries I had . It felt cute and clean, like a little retreat for someone traveling from Rome.

I experienced some noise from chairs being moved in other rooms. The sauna was positioned oddly in the hall, which detracted from its comfort.

I loved lounging by the indoor pool and soaking in the sauna during my two-night stay. The room was clean and bright, making for a cozy retreat after a long day. Just be ready for some noise from furniture being moved around by other guests. a little carpet under the chairs might help! 😄

This spot has a great location next to many attractions, making it a perfect start to the holiday, and offers fantastic service including onsite parking.
